People Incorporated officially opened its new Early Education Center in Fall River, marking the completion of a $13.5 million, 21,000-square-foot facility at 145 Weaver Street following more than a year of planning and construction. The new center expands access to early childhood education by providing year-round services for up to 212 infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, while also creating new jobs and strengthening public-private partnerships throughout the city.
Designed to support learning, growth, and family needs, the building features dedicated infant-toddler and preschool wings, thoughtfully integrated indoor-outdoor learning areas, fenced playgrounds, and light-filled classrooms equipped with modern amenities. Additional spaces, including a central atrium for gross motor development and a fully staffed kitchen, further enhance the daily experience for children and staff. The opening reflects a significant investment in early education infrastructure and reinforces a shared commitment to supporting Fall River’s families and future generations, in which we were proud to be a part of.
