This project is an existing brick brownstone in the back bay. The mixed use property will have three high-end condos over two levels of retail.

The historic brownstone now features 3 high-end rental residences along with 1 commercial space. The scope of the project, designed by EMBARC, included new MEP systems and finishes throughout along with new flooring systems plus the addition of a roof deck.
355 Congress St
Located in Boston’s Seaport District, the city’s most dynamic development hub, 355 Congress represented the rare opportunity to convert one of the district’s oldest, most traditional buildings into 9 modern high-end residential living spaces while maintaining 3 existing commercial spaces.

The development of this 2.16-acre parcel was finalized in Spring 2015, with the goal of creating a luxury residential community comprising 113 residential condos and rental units in total. The initial phase of the project includes 53 units.

The Hillside Residences opened its doors in the spring of 2019. The building consists of 60 rental units divided into 9 studios, 34 one-bed, 14 two-bed and 3 four-bed apartments as well as 83 parking spaces. Boston Property Management was an integral component in the leasing of this property during

The headquarters for First Electronics Corporation (FEC) is a bespoke 10,000 square-foot facility designed to support their specialized operations. The space includes 12 offices, a cafeteria, a gym, two locker rooms, and three conference rooms, alongside a 2,000 square-foot assembly line.
