The 105 Washington project brings a renewed presence to two long-standing institutions in Brighton, while also introducing 73 new housing units within walking distance to the MBTA B line. The residential building takes its massing cues from the existing residential context – framing the end of a well-defined street wall, while transitioning to a larger scale as the street approaches Commonwealth Avenue.
