The headquarters for First Electronics Corporation (FEC) is a bespoke 58,000 square-foot facility designed to support their specialized operations. The space includes 12 offices, a cafeteria, a gym, two locker rooms, and three conference rooms, alongside a 48,000 foot assembly line specialized in the production of electronic cables for military applications.
